Open House Marketing

For our open house strategy, I’ve focused on making sure each property gets the attention it deserves. I’ve put together a set of branded materials—like signs, flags, and riders—that help agents promote the event beforehand. Since I handle all the online info, I set up a simple form system for agents to submit their open house details and request any marketing materials they need. From there, I create flyers, craft social media posts that drive traffic to our site, and prepare feedback forms to help agents gather insights and contacts from visitors. It’s been great to see how these efforts have helped bring more visibility and engagement to our open houses.
