Client Resources

At Summit, I focused on creating resources that truly put the client first. I designed a client resources book filled with tips and guides for what to keep track of after moving into a new home, making it digitally compatible with fillable fields for tech-forward clients. I also created a rack card listing local utility providers and their contact info, available as an interactive PDF with clickable links for easy access. For sellers, I put together an orientation guide that explains the home-selling process, complete with clear definitions and insights on pricing strategies and potential home improvements. Additionally, I developed rack cards with lender contacts, common mortgage terms, and simplified explanations of listing contract terms—anything to help our clients feel more informed and confident in their decisions. Summit always encourages us to prioritize the client, and I wanted to provide tools that empower both our agents and clients throughout the transaction.
